# 利用ネットワーク

株式会社SARAHが開発したAvalanche Subnetの[ONIGIRI Chain](https://www.ongr.org/)を利用します．

[ONIGIRI Chain](https://www.ongr.org/) は食とヘルスケアに特化したパブリックブロックチェーンです。

食とヘルスケアに関するデータを収集/蓄積し、食とヘルスケアのプロトコルとなり、新たな価値創造の基盤となることを目指します。

NOREN,$UMEに関するトランザクションは誰でも参照が可能なパブリックチェーンであるONIGIRI Chainに保存されます．また，将来的にSARAHに投稿された口コミデータは，OMOCHI Chainに保存される．OMOCHI Chainはトランザクションが一般公開はされず，利用者のプライバシーが守られるデータの管理方法です．
